Throughout the whole month, nurses had took good care of my baby, he is growing healthy and strong, had added on 1.3kg here. Overall, I enjoyed the time here

I’m truly grateful for my time at Amazing Postnatal.Upon reservation or before EDD the team will always approach for their preparation. From the moment we arrived, the team made me feel cared for, supported, and completely at ease. The environment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both mommy and baby.
The nurses and staff were always attentive, patient, and knowledgeable—answering all my questions, guiding me through breastfeeding, and teaching me how to better care for my newborn. Their gentle encouragement really helped me.
The food were nourishing and well-balanced, perfectly suited for postnatal recovery. I also loved the little touches of comfort, like the cozy rooms and peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay feel like a true retreat.
Most importantly, I felt safe and supported every single day. Thanks to Amazing, I was able to rest, recover, and bond deeply with my baby. I would highly recommend this center to any new mother looking for the best postnatal care. 💕

The environment here is super comfortable, clean, and peaceful — perfect for recovery. The service staff are all very friendly and caring; they’re always ready to help whenever I need something, and they treat every mom with warmth.
The nurses are amazing with the babies! They check my baby’s temperature, jaundice level, and weight every day, and take such gentle, careful care of him. The centre also provides professional support — a Chinese physician for postpartum recovery, a lactation consultant to help with breastfeeding, and a baby doctor who visits weekly to check on the little ones.
These few weeks really allowed me to rest well, recover, and learn so much about caring for a newborn.

I had a wonderful confinement experience here. Every staff member is professional, experienced, and genuinely caring. The environment is clean, peaceful, and perfect for postpartum recovery. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable – with reliable air conditioning, water pressure, and hot water.

The meals were nutritious and delicious with great variety – as long as you're not picky, you’ll enjoy every meal! The weekly paediatric doctor visits were reassuring. When my baby developed red spots in her eyes that worsened over a few days, the doctor promptly advised us to get antibiotic eye cream from the pharmacy – and within three days, we saw clear improvement. So thankful for that advice!

The massage service was another highlight. It was so comfortable and professional that I ended up booking extra sessions! The staff also regularly checked on my recovery and offered helpful tips.

Overall, this place gave me peace of mind and a truly restful confinement. If I have a second baby in the future, I would definitely return here without hesitation!

Im happy with my stay in Amazing Postnatal. All the customer services are friendly and fast response, nurses are caring and helpful 24hours, housekeeping are cheerful and polite.
The main service I think is crucial are TCM doctor come for weekly checking on mommy for 3 visits, peadiatrician checks on baby weekly until discharge, lactation consultant visits 6 times during 28 days. Not all the confinement centre has TCM visit mainly for mommy only, especially just gave birth.
There are various courses which you can attend to gain your knowledge, and also DIY course such as handmade breastmilk soap and handmade lip balm.
There are baby simming session, baby massage session, mommy hair wash, JAMU massage, free bird nest, free chicken essence and baby souvenir in my package.
My room is premium room with seaview, toilet, mini fridge and recliner which is sufficient on my needs. Housekeeping will clean and tidy up the bed and washroom daily, and UV the room weekly.
Visitors has been restricted to direct family members only and visitors are not allowed to touch or hug or near to the baby to protect all the baby safety which is the most important.
This is my 2nd visit in Amazing Postnatal and Im statisfied with the service overall. Thank you team. ❤️
